Shopping with Saxon Wellbeing
By placing an Order online via Saxon Wellbeing website for a Product (“Order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are deemed to be separate and each is treated individually.
Availability
saxonwellbeing.co.uk is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a Product will always be available. We may cancel any sale if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue any Product at any time.
If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund/ re-credit the money you have paid for it.
Price
The price for each Product is quoted in pounds sterling (GBP£) and includes V.A.T at the prevailing rate at the date of purchase. Every effort is made to ensure that prices are accurate.
Payment
We must receive an authorised payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal before we can process and despatch your Order. Orders are processed securely online via PayPal using a valid credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your Order. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
Credit card payment is provided and processed by PayPal to ensure security. Saxon Wellbeing does not store any debit or credit card details.
Special Offers and Discount Coupons
Unless stated, special offers or discount coupons issued can only be used once per checkout session, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Valid coupon codes should be entered into the Coupon Code field at View Cart page, when making your purchase.
Delivery
We aim to despatch products with 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received week days (Mon-Fri) before 14:00 will be despatched same business day. Standard UK shipping is via Royal Mail. All products are usually held in stock. Back orders are normally received within 7 working days. Delivery costs are per item/per package and include postage at current UK rates plus handling and packaging.
Returns
At Saxon Wellbeing we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item on the condition that it is unopened. All seals and packaging must be intact and we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We do not charge restocking fees, but are unable to refund postage costs for cancelled, ordered in error or unwanted items. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning an item.
Faulty goods
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Once the faulty item has been returned to us and has been inspected we will make a refund directly to the credit/charge card or by cheque. You will pay for all return postage and will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will attend to all product returns as soon as practicably possible.
Your Responsibilities
Please check delivered Products within 7 days of receipt, as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
Saxon Wellbeing accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of any product sold, or damage caused to skin or hair systems through incorrect use. If using a product for the first time, please always ensure a test patch is performed.
Please read any documentation that comes with your Products carefully. It is your responsibility to use the Products in accordance with the purpose for which they were supplied.
Trade Description
We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, Products offered for sale may differ from those described due to later production changes in specification, components or place of manufacture. Product images used are supplied by the manufacturers and are kept as up-to-date as possible. If any information on saxonwellbeing.co.uk contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, any such information is not to be treated as representations as to the current availability of the products actually offered for sale.

Saxon Wellbeing excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Saxon Wellbeing and Saxon Wellbeing shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to the following:
